Who doesn’t love this juicy, succulent and wonderfully sweet fruit? We know we do! Strawberries are rich in an array of antioxidants, including a compound called ellagic acid that may help to reduce your risk of skin cancer.

How could we leave these small wonder berries off the list!

Blueberries are small, but pack a punch in terms of antioxidant content. Blueberries contain powerful antioxidant polyphenols called anthocyanins that provide an array of fantastic health benefits from reducing the risk of heart attack and stroke to increasing your resistance against disease.

They are also wonderful for keeping the skin youthful and may, in fact, increase blood flow to the surface of your skin and promote a gorgeous glow just minutes after munching on about half a cup!

Acai Berries

Acai berries may not be as well known as strawberries or blueberries, but you’re going to want to remember their name after reading this!

Acai berries contain roughly ten times the antioxidants of blueberries! These potent berries will help to ward off free radicals that may contribute to disease as well as fight off free radicals that may increase the signs of aging so you can enjoy, clear, youthful and radiant skin!

Cranberries

Don’t save the cranberries just for your thanksgiving feast, because these berries are just too healthy to enjoy only once a year!

Cranberries are quite sour, so you may prefer to enjoy them in juice form. Cranberries are most well-known for their ability to reduce urinary tract infections, but they’re also rich in Vitamin C to fight inflammation and keep your skin vibrant.

There you have it! Try and add these berries into your daily diet, or at least a few times a week, and just notice how your energy levels increase and your skin glows!
