How to get The Best Sleep of your Life: 4 Essential Tips

Today most of us have strenuous work schedules that have us up early and often working late at night. This places a strain on the body as well as interferes with our sleep patterns. This is why more and more people are relying on prescription sleep aids. However, these pills become addictive and often have undesirable side effects.

Eat Foods that Promote Sleep

What you eat before bed can actually determine whether you fall asleep faster or lay awake counting sheep for hours on end. Sugary, high carbohydrate foods should be switched out for one of these foods that have been proven to relax the mind and body and help you to fall asleep faster:
